In the year 2000 we received a prophetic word that we would have Healing - Deliverance Training Centers. In 2003 we received a prophetic word from Apostle/Prophet Floyd Smith that we would have a training center in Prince Edward Island Canada. We had been going to Prince Edward Island since 2001 and even bought a cottage there.
We first went to PEI (Prince Edward Island) in 1999 on vacation. While there we were seeking the Lord about our ministry of deliverance and God spoke to us and showed us how we would begin to train others in this ministry. So really our ministry was birthed there in Prince Edward Island. We then took that vision to our Pastors, Tom and Jane Hamon and as they say, the rest is history. Isaiah 62:4 was birthed in 1999.

What a blessing it was to be invited to minister in 2001 back in Prince Edward Island (PEI). It was the most beautiful place that we had ever been. Even Dr. Bill Hamon and his wife Evelyn (mom) felt the same way. They have come to the Island twice now. Once in 2002 and then in Aug. of 2008.

In 2002 Dr. Bill Hamon told us to re-dig the wells of healing from A. B. Simpson. Albert Benjamin Simpson had the first restorative truth about divine healing. He was before Smith Wigglesworth, John G. Lake and all the others that we hear about. He also founded Christian and Missionary Alliance in the states and also the first Bible School called Nyack Bible College.

In 2005, we bought a piece of property to be the site of our new training centre. Well to our surprise as we were signing the papers in the realtors office we realized we had just bought Simpson land. Our address is 11 Simpson Mill Rd.

Also there is another historical sight there. For those who know Anne of Green Gables. We are 1 mile down the road from Green Gables.

So we put our house on the east end of the island for sale so we could put the money into the building of the Centre. It sold this summer and now the Centre is coming forth. After I returned in November from England we flew to PEI to our new place. We will live above the training Centre.

So our living area is done and Bob will finish building the Centre in March and May. He has to put up sheet rock, paint it, put down the flooring and put in the bath room. Earle and Lynn Wambolt, pastors from Nova Scotia will be helping us with some of the work. They are so excited to have a Centre in the Maritimes or Eastern Canada as some call it.

We welcome you to come join us when we launch the Centre June 27th, 2009. Saturday from 1-5pm Then on Sunday evening the 28th we will have our first healing class. It will continue on Monday from 9am-9pm and Tuesday ending at 1pm. We will have APT's (Apostolic Training Courses) weekly there.

Also it will be a place for those who need ministry to come to. Housing will be just 1 mile away at Bay Vista Motor Inn which will be working with us to give a great price on rooms. We will be listing all this info on our website soon.

We were blessed to have someone donate money for chairs. We still have a need for the rest of the building supplies and materials including speakers, microphones and a projector. So if you would like to sow into this Centre please contact us and we can give you the details of how to do that.

The Centre is called Beulah Restoration Centre.

I encourage you to look up A.B. Simpson on the website. He was an awesome Apostle. He was given only a short time to live when he was in his 30's. He sought the Lord and read the word and believed what it said; that by His stripes we are healed. God gave him a brand new heart and he was healed.
He went on to author many books and write many hymns. He also did a conference in 1885 in London, England with William Boardman. Many historians acknowledge that the present Pentecostal movement was first initiated in this June meeting. Some reports acknowledge that as many as 2000 leaders converged on London to discover that healing is the children's bread.

Father God we thank you that we have an inheritance in you. And you said the righteous should inherit the land. And Lord we thank you for this land that you have provided for your servants, your son and daughter. We decree right now Lord that people will be saved, filled, healed and Lord that many things will be for the Kingdom of God upon this Land.
Lord we just bring divine contacts with key leaders in this area and people that will come over and be a part of what is going on here Lord.
And that this will be a launching pad for them and their ministry and a place of joy and relaxation and fulfillment Lord. Even the children can come up and relax and enjoy being here. And Lord there would be a wonderful blessing upon it.

And we just release right now God Prophetically that this is going to be a lighthouse for you and Lord I just see people coming in and being talked to, ministered to and then they are coming in Clandestine and a secret because they are well known people and they are from old order churches and they are from situations and they don't want other people to know they went to a public meeting. So they will come here and receive healing, prophecy and ministry, you will bring transformation and healing to them.

And Lord we release the blessings of God upon this property. It is dedicated to the Lord, it's sanctified of God, and it's dedicated to the Glory of God for the Kingdom of God's purposes.

Mom Hamon-- I feel it's really blessed and I feel the anointing of God out here. I just feel the presence of the Lord it's just a wonderful, wonderful place. I believe it's going to bring peace to many people and deliverance and just feel God is in this. I am thankful to be here.
