An Excerpt from “The Prophetic Deliverance and Restoration Manual”

All you have to do to see that deliverance is needed and necessary is to look around you and see the demonic bondage in people's lives.  Not only is deliverance needed for unbelievers, but believers also.  How many Christians end up as casualties because they have never been delivered from demonic strongholds in their lives?  Be it generational curses from our ancestors, unforgiveness, or demonic activity in our lives, Jesus paid the price to set us free.  Many Christians are bound and beat up, and it is time that we as the Body of Christ shake off the lie that we as Christians cannot have a demon.
Many believers have a problem when we say a Christian can have a demon. We have seen hundreds of Christians delivered from demons, and it is a fact that yes, a Christian can have a demon.  What seems to be a hindrance to accepting this is the term “demon possessed?”  When referring to a Christian this would be unbiblical because possessed would mean that the demons own them.  A Christian can be tormented by a demon but it could not possess them.  Ownership of a Christian belongs to God.  It is biblical that both believers and non believers can be afflicted by demons.  Ephesians 6:12 says Christians have to battle against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.  These are demons.  We are told in the scriptures that we will come against these spirits. The good news is we have the
authority to cast them out.  Besides, what would you rather do, stay bound up because it does not fit your theology, or say, "Yes Lord, I want to do whatever it takes to be free. I'm tired of this torment."
What are demons & how do they affect us?

Strongs Concordance: [1140] daimonion (dahee_mon'_ee_on); a daemonic being; by extension a deity: [1142] daimon (dah'_ee_mown); from daio (to distribute fortunes); a daemon or supernatural spirit (of     a bad nature).
a.       Christ cast them out of human beings by His own power.  His disciples did so in His name and by exercising faith (Matt 17:20).
b.      Acting under Satan (cf. Rev 16:13-14), "demons" are permitted to afflict with bodily disease (Luke 13:16).
c.       Being unclean they tempt human beings with unclean thoughts (Matt 10:1; Mark 5:2; 7:25; Luke 8:27-29; Rev 16:13; 18:2).
How do demons affect us and are they limited to certain area
By God's design, we are made body, soul, and spirit (1 Thess 5:23).
Demons cannot affect our spirit for our spirit belongs to the Lord. “But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness. And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you.”  Rom 8:10:11a
They can affect our body and soul bringing infirmity into our body. So if you are struggling in your body with sickness or disease the root is demonic. We can cast them out and see the miracles.

Testimonies

I ministered at an outpouring meeting at the Commonwealth Church in London, England yesterday. As I was ministering I began to get words of knowledge for healing and I said there is someone here who has arthritis in their back and also left hip.
